AI Renamer provides automated file renaming services with the following specifications:

  • Available for Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Each file rename operation consumes one (1) credit
  • Credits have no expiration date
  • Service operates on a credit-based system

3. Technical Limitations

3.1 File Size Limits

  • Images: Maximum size of 10MB
  • Documents: Maximum size of 1MB

3.2 Supported File Types

  • Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP formats
  • Documents: TXT and other text-based files

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AI Renamer, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent or manipulate the credit system
  • Not use the service to process files containing malicious code
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service

5. Credits and Payments

  • Credits must be purchased to use the service
  • All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Unused credits remain valid indefinitely
  • Each rename operation, including new suggestions, uses one credit
  • Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

6. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee 100% service availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. No refunds will be offered for service interruptions or discontinuation.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
